Web-Based Membership and Inventory Information System for Music Student Activity Unit to Optimize Administration
Sistem Informasi Keanggotaan dan Inventaris UKM Musik Berbasis Web untuk Optimalisasi Administrasi

This research aims to design and implement a web-based information system that facilitates the management of member data for the IKABAMA Student Activity Unit, which operates under the auspices of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA), as well as to develop an inventory management feature for musical instruments to support systematic recording and borrowing. The development method used is the waterfall model, with Next.js for the frontend, Express.js for the backend, and MySQL as the database. The results show that the system is capable of managing member data and musical instrument inventory effectively, improving administrative efficiency and recording accuracy. This system is expected to support the operational activities of the IKABAMA Student Activity
Unit in a more structured and transparent manner.
