Abstract

UKM Pia Mandiri is a bakpia cake producer located in the pia village of Warurejo hamlet. The purpose of this study is to determine the highest risk assessment using the FMEA method and ensure the next production process runs smoothly, identify the fundamental reasons why the pia production process failed using the FTA method so that suggestions are given regarding improvements to recommendations for reducing risks that arise during the production process. In this study, the highest RPN value was obtained in the risky activity of mixing raw materials with RPN 48. In the analysis using the FTA method, recommendations for improvements were obtained using PPE masks or glasses according to the number of employees during the production process, it is expected not to use fans, and always carry out service checks on the mixer machine.
