Abstract

In this study, researchers developed a method to assist teachers in inputting student grades and achievements. Currently, record-keeping still relies on physical books, which can lead to issues such as damage from fire, deterioration over time, or destruction by pests. The aim of this research is to create a system that addresses these problems and simplifies teachers’ tasks in monitoring students’ progress and reporting to parents. The researchers hope this system will aid in monitoring student development. Blackbox testing was conducted to demonstrate that all features function as expected. Furthermore, a user survey was conducted, revealing a moderate level of satisfaction at 60%, particularly in terms of the user interface design. However, the system’s performance still requires improvement, as several aspects experienced errors and received a low satisfaction rating of less than 50%. In this research, there are still many shortcomings that need to be addressed.
