Novangroup Rental as a daily car rental service provider requires a website-based system to improve service efficiency and expand operational reach. This study aims to describe the process of designing a website-based car rental system, as well as increasing the efficiency of car rental services through the implementation of a website-based system. The method used in this study is the waterfall model software engineering method, starting from the needs analysis stage, system design, implementation, to testing.
