This study aims to describe and analyze the Effectiveness of the Company Performance Rating Assessment Program in Environmental Management at the Environmental Service of Pasuruan Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative method with an approach through observation and interviews and using primary and secondary data types. The results of the study, the first indicator of goal achievement can be concluded that the effectiveness of mentoring by the Pasuruan Regency Environmental and Sanitation Service for participants in the Company Performance Rating Assessment Program in Environmental Management (PROPER) faces significant obstacles. Second, the integrity indicator can be concluded that the Pasuruan Regency Pasuruan Regency Environmental and Sanitation Service has demonstrated proactive efforts in aligning its goals to improve environmental compliance and performance. Third, the Pasuruan Regency Environmental and Sanitation Service adaptation indicator actively provides technical guidance, facilitates access to information, organizes training, and mediates for the implementation of best practices
