This study aims to describe and explain the influence of the work environment and leadership style on environmentally friendly behavior in employees of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo Branch. This research method uses quantitative methods, data collection is done using a questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 61 respondents to employees of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo Branch. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, partial test or t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS program. This primary data is obtained through a questionnaire. The data is declared valid and reliable.The results of this study prove that the work environment affects environmentally friendly behavior, leadership style affects environmentally friendly behavior. Among the variables of the work environment and leadership style, the work environment variable has the most significant and positive influence on environmentally friendly behavior
