A library is an institution that stores various library materials, both in the form of books and media, which are used as a means of education, research, and preservation of knowledge, and are arranged systematically according to certain rules so that they can be used as a source of knowledge for every community[1]. Prasung village hall has a library that is still managed using conventional methods. With this performance, it becomes inefficient and unorganized because all forms of transactions in the Prasung village hall library are currently still done in writing, including book borrowing and returning transactions, book borrowing data reports, and membership records are still done in writing. One effort to fix this problem is to create a Design of an information system to manage the library, and the methods used in the manufacturing process include Observation, Interviews, Literature Studies[2].
