Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has brought various aspects of life, including in the business world. Changes occurred in the sales sector, where buying and selling transactions can be done online without space and time restrictions. In the e-commerce ecosystem, Customer Service is one of the key components that determines customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsive and efficient customer service can improve the shopping experience, so it is important for e-commerce providers to continue to optimize this service. The rapid development of information technology has brought many changes in various aspects of life, including in the fields of business and customer service. The core problem of the background raised in the background is how e-commerce companies can maintain the quality of Customer Service amidst rapid growth and increasing Customer expectations. This is a complex challenge, Companies can overcome this problem and achieve success in the e-commerce business.
