Design and Implementation of a Digital Marketing Information System for KOHAN_YA (Hans Jaya Garment SME)

Konveksi Hansjaya is a business unit engaged in garment production services, which requires a digital promotion platform to reach a wider consumer base. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system that serves both as an information dissemination medium and an effective and efficient online promotional tool. The system is designed to accommodate two user categories: administrators and general users. Administrators are granted access to manage data features such as product categories, product details, and company contact information. System functions aligned with user needs, System evaluation was conducted through functionality testing and a questionnaire distributed to 20 respondents. The results show that 70% of respondents strongly agreed and 30% agreed that the system is feasible to be used as a digital promotion medium. Therefore, the developed website is considered effective in supporting Konveksi Hansjaya’s promotional activities and contributes positively to the digital growth of the business.
