Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has increased the need for efficient systems in sales data management. My Rise, a store located in Sidoarjo specializing in computer network equipment, still relies on conventional methods for transaction recording and inventory management. This often leads to delays in service, data entry errors, and a lack of transparency. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based sales information system to improve operational efficiency and customer service quality. The research methods used include interviews to gather system requirements from business operators, and direct observation to analyze the ongoing sales process. The system is designed with an integrated approach to manage sales data, inventory, and transactions in real-time. The implementation results show significant improvements in the speed and accuracy of sales processes, as well as providing easier access for customers. Particularly in the field of computer network equipment sales.
