Abstract

The problem regarding the performance of SLRT officers that occurred in Sidoarjo Regency is quite interesting to study. The sample of this study was all SLRT officers of Sidoarjo Regency who served in the area, which was 117 people. The data analysis technique used the SEM method with SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study obtained were that motivation had a significant effect on the organizational commitment of SLRT officers in Sidoarjo Regency, Motivation had a significant effect on the performance of SLRT officers in Sidoarjo Regency. Work Life Balance had a significant effect on the organizational commitment of SLRT administrators in Sidoarjo Regency, Work Life Balance had a significant effect on the performance of SLRT administrators in Sidoarjo Regency, and organizational commitment had a significant effect on the performance of SLRT administrators in Sidoarjo Regency.
