Abstract

The birth of online transportation applications in Indonesia has become a major driver in the development of digitalization, as seen from the high number of this application users. By the end of 2023, Gojek was downloaded by 1.3 million users and dominating the online transportation market with a percentage of 82% compared to other applications. The increasing number of online transportation service providers requires companies to innovate in maintaining competitiveness, including maintaining employee performance and the quality of human resources. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, work experience, flexibility, and work stress on the performance of Gojek drivers. The method applied in this study is quantitative, with data analysis techniques in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests.
