Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze how significant the contribution of each factor work environment, workload and work experience is to employee performance at CV Tri Eka Abadi. The method used in this research is quantitative. The collected data was analyzed using statistical analysis techniques, including multiple linear regression, to determine the relative influence and significance of each variable on employee performance. The research results indicate that the three factors work environment, workload, and work experience have a significant influence on employee performance. In this case, a conducive work environment and optimal workload have been proven to improve employee performance. Meanwhile, work experience, which includes length of time worked, knowledge and skills possessed, as well as mastery of work and equipment, also contributes positively to the efficiency and effectiveness of employee performance.
