Abstract. Although in the PAUD curriculum Arabic language learning is not a mandatory component of learning, there is nothing wrong if we take advantage of early childhood brain development. Arduino Mega is a hardware designed to facilitate the use of electronics in various fields that aims to make it easier for anyone to experiment and build microcontroller-based tools. Based on observations, researchers designed Arduino Mega-based Arabic learning media developed using the Addie r&d model method. The display of this tool is in the form of a cartoon image of a monkey carrying an Arabic vocabulary drawing board and the selection of vocabulary is adjusted to the development of students. The research methods include interviews, observations, and questionnaires which are then analyzed. The results of this study are the percentage of material validation test results of 100% and media validation test of 89%.
