With the rapid development of information technology, digital communication is increasingly used by society for interaction. One of the most widely used communication applications is WhatsApp, which allows users to exchange information through messages. However, in learning activities, the attendance system which is still manual causes various problems, such as recording errors, delays in data retrieval, and the risk of data loss. Therefore, this study proposes an online attendance system using a WhatsApp BOT through a web. This system enables automatic attendance recording and sends notifications via WhatsApp as proof of student participation. With this system, the attendance process is expected to become more efficient and accurate.
