Kost Titik Kumpul, located at Griyo Mapan Sentosa Block AB-35, Sedati, Sidoarjo, currently uses a manual system to record tenant data and payments. This leads to several issues, such as slow payment verification, recording errors, difficulty checking room availability, and incomplete tenant data that complicates reporting. To address these problems, a web-based information system is needed to manage boarding house data more efficiently. This research aims to develop an online boarding house management system with a reservation feature. The system is expected to simplify the room rental process, improve tenant data management, and speed up administrative tasks through digitalization. The implementation of this system will enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and modernization of boarding house management in line with technological advancements.
