The internet service business has experienced rapid growth response to increasing consumer demand. This development has encouraged many entrepreneurs to adopt information systems to support their operations, particularly administrative information systems. Keper PostNet is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) based in Keper Village, Krembung, that provides internet installation services in areas not covered by cable networks and offers affordable home internet services through shared operational and subscription costs. Currently, customer data recording and payment processes are still performed manually using paper forms and Microsoft Excel, which is inefficient and prone to errors due to the large volume of data involved. Moreover, the lack of optimal data distribution often leads to inconsistencies between customer records, subscription packages, and payment reports. The development of a new administrative information system is expected to improve data management efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance service delivery by providing faster, more accurate, and integrated operations.
