PT Agung Satria Abadi is a mining company. In its management system, product delivery data is still entered using the Microsoft Excel application. This causes falsification of blank road letters given by drivers to the company even though no deliveries havebeen made to customers. To overcome this problem, a delivery order distribution management system that manages goods delivery data must be developed so that the entire delivery recapitulation process can be carried out correctly and the delivery department can easily recap delivery data and road letters. The results of testing and implementation show that the Delivery Order Distribution Management System of PT Agung Satria Abadi has succeeded in assisting the company in monitoring the delivery of goods in real-time and reducing the danger of road letter forgery. In addition, this application also increases transparency between companies, customers, and drivers, streamlines the data recapitulation process, and simplifies report generation.
