Implementasi Media Pembelajaran Digital Apliandro Energi IV Terhadap Kompetensi Pengetahuan IPA Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

This study examines the effectiveness of the Android-based digital learning media, Apliandro Energi IV, in improving science concept mastery among grade IV elementary students. Using a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, the research involved two groups: an experimental group using Apliandro Energi IV and a control group receiving conventional instruction. Data were collected through pretest and posttest, and analyzed using a t-test and eta squared. Results showed that the experimental group had a significant score increase, with a mean difference of 20.7 and an η² value of 0.664, indicating a strong effect. These results demonstrate that integrating digital media can enhance students’ conceptual understanding, engagement, and motivation in science learning. Therefore, digital learning tools like Apliandro Energi IV are recommended as innovative solutions to improve the quality of science education in elementary schools, especially in adapting to students’ learning styles and promoting active participation in the classroom.
