Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the relationship between students' perceptions of peer roles, teacher teaching styles, and learning motivation on science learning outcomes. It used a correlational method with a quantitative approach and path analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 124 randomly selected 8th-grade students from a total population of 180 at a State Junior High School in Pasuruan City. The data were analyzed using the Smart PLS version 4.0 application. The findings showed that students' perceptions of peer roles did not significantly affect learning outcomes. In contrast, perceptions of teacher teaching styles and learning motivation had a significant effect on learning outcomes. These results have important implications for the education sector, especially in understanding the factors that influence students' academic performance. Future research is encouraged to explore other potential factors that may also impact students' learning outcomes.
