This study aims to examine the influence of social support and academic buoyancy on academic burnout among student organization activists. The hypothesis states that higher social support and academic buoyancy are associated with lower academic burnout. A quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis was used, involving 217 students selected through proportionate random sampling. The instruments used were the Burnout Academic Scale (BAS), Social Support Scale (SCS), and Academic Buoyancy Scale (ABS). The results showed a simultaneous contribution of 77.4%, with social support contributing 54.1% and academic buoyancy 23.2%, indicating that social support plays a greater role in reducing academic burnout.
