Abstract

This study was designed to implement a structural health monitoring system on the Sumokali Flyover using an MPU 6050 sensor capable of reading accelerometer and gyroscope data on three axes (X, Y, Z). This system is equipped with wireless communication using the LoRa module to transmit data without requiring an internet connection. The data received is displayed in real-time via Google Sheet, making it easy to monitor remotely. The system uses a threshold method to detect vibrations or movements that exceed the tolerance limit and classifies the status of the structure into the normal or crack alert category. The test results show that the system can work effectively and provide initial information regarding potential structural damage. This system can be a solution in monitoring infrastructure conditions continuously, especially on flyovers, in order to improve safety and maintenance efficiency.
