Subjective Well-Being pada Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak di Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo

here are still teachers who feel unhappy with the work they do, feel burdened when guiding children and cannot create a good work environment. This research method is descriptive quantitative with a population of kindergarten teachers in Tulangan District - Sidoarjo. The research sample amounted to 151 teachers determined based on the Isaac & Michael table with an error rate of 10%. Determination of the sample using simple random sampling technique. The variable in this study is subjective well-being. Data collection in this study used a Likert scale model of subjective well-being adapted from previous research. The results showed that subjective well-being was in the moderate to high category with a percentage of 88%. This shows that most kindergarten teachers feel quite satisfied with the life they live, especially in the evaluative aspect or subjective assessment of overall well-being
