This study aims to create a program that can make work in the production department at PT. Schulmann Plastick becomes more efficient and compact. This research uses Rapid Application Development for its development process. In working on this web program using the PHP programming language version 7. This research produces a web-based information system that can be used to enter data such as production results, production targets, announcements, and machine maintenance info. This website has been tested, and the percentage of success of the system Information on Targets and Yields for Production of Web-Based Plastic Seeds that has been built has a success rate of 87%. As well as the benefits that can be obtained from this application, the first from the customer's side is more time and energy efficiency from the production, and maintenance employee side.
