Implementation of Goal Setting to Increase Student Learning Motivation
Penerapan Goal Setting untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa

Learning motivation is an important factor in the learning process as it motivates students to engage in learning and guide their behavior, but there is still a phenomenon of students who are still less motivated in learning, such as getting bored quickly when having to do assignments in the classroom, giving up easily when doing assignments that are not easy for them to understand, often chatting with their deskmates when the teacher is explaining a topic, and not paying attention to the teacher's explanation. The aim of this research is to find out the impact of the application of goal setting in improving the learning motivation of MA students Roudlotul Banat Sidoarjo. The subjects in this study were 59 students. The results of this study show that there is a difference in the level of student learning motivation between before and after given the application of goal setting.
