This study explores the impact of work motivation and self-efficacy on the occupational well-being of public elementary school teachers in Pati District. Employing a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, data were obtained from 203 teachers through a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire. The instruments used were proven valid and reliable. The findings indicate that both work motivation and self-efficacy have a significant and positive influence on occupational well-being. Teachers with higher motivation and stronger self-efficacy tend to report greater well-being at work. These two variables together accounted for 51.5% of the variance in occupational well-being. The novelty of this research lies in its specific focus on public elementary school teachers, providing valuable insight into the role of internal psychological factors. The study emphasizes that enhancing motivation and self-efficacy is crucial not only for improving individual teacher satisfaction but also for supporting better educational outcomes.
