This study aims to design and develop a web-based task management application using the Laravel framework at PT Jaster Intermedia Network to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of task management. The system was developed using the SDLC method and utilizes MySQL as its database. The application includes features such as user authentication, task recording, progress monitoring, proof uploads, and feedback. System testing was conducted using the Black Box method, and results confirmed all features function effectively and meet user needs. Laravel proves to enhance structured, real-time, and flexible task management. In addition to solving the problems of previous manual systems, the application also supports transparency and accountability within the team. This study contributes to improving company productivity and serves as a valuable learning experience in web-based information system development
