Abstract

This study aims to develop a psychoeducation program based on self-awareness to prevent cyber-influence conflict among adolescents. Using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, the study involved 40 vocational high school students. The results indicate that the psychoeducation program effectively improved self-awareness, as evidenced by a significant increase in posttest scores compared to pretest scores (p < 0.001). The program strengthened adolescents’ ability to recognize and manage emotions, thereby reducing the risk of online conflicts. These findings emphasize the importance of self-awareness-based interventions to create safer and more positive digital environments for adolescents.
