The implementation of the humanistic education approach at SMAM 2 Mojosari emphasizes the holistic development of students, encompassing cognitive, emotional, and social aspects. Using a qualitative phenomenological method, research explores the subjective experiences of students and teachers through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that this approach involves problem-based learning strategies, self-reflection, and collaboration, placing students at the center of the learning process. Challenges in its implementation include limited resources, resistance to change, and the complexity of evaluating success. Nevertheless, this approach has positively impacted students by enhancing critical thinking skills, character development, and emotional well-being. The application of the humanistic learning approach at SMAM 2 Mojosari has successfully created an educational environment that supports students' comprehensive development. The results of this study provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and policymakers to develop learning strategies that are more responsive to individual needs and focused on building strong character
