This study aims to determine and describe the Implementation of the Recapitulation Information System Application (Sirekap) in the Implementation of the 2024 General Election in Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The determination of the informants for this study was through purposive sampling consisting of the Chairperson of the Sidoarjo Regency KPU who is responsible for the implementation of the sirekap application and the sirekap operator admin. The results of the study prove that the implementation of the Sirekap application in Sidoarjo Regency has not run as expected, because in the organization there are still human resources who have educational backgrounds that are not relevant to the tasks being carried out. In addition, the aspect of understanding through socialization activities according to KPPS members is still lacking.
