Abstract

Since humans are dynamic resources and are always needed in all stages of production of goods or services, humans are considered as significant company assets. This study aims to determine how employee performance at the 'Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Sidoarjo Hospital is influenced by Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Quantitative research is included in this type of research. A total of 73 respondents became the sample, while 187 respondents became the population. The method used to analyze the data is simple linear regression analysis. The significance value of 0.000, where the result is smaller than the value of α = 0.05, indicates that there is an influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance.
