This study aims to examine the impact of self-control and emotional regulation on juvenile delinquency at SMK Negeri 3 Buduran. Self-control and emotional regulation are the independent variables (X), while juvenile delinquency is the dependent variable (Y). Using a correlational quantitative design and multiple regression analysis, 385 students were selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Research instruments included adapted Likert-scale-based measures: the Juvenile Delinquency Scale (reliability 0.836), Self-Control Scale (0.899), and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (0.865). Results showed that self-control and emotional regulation significantly influenced juvenile delinquency, jointly accounting for 27.6% of the variance. Partial analysis revealed self-control negatively affected delinquency (β = -0.418, p < .001; 14.2% variance), while emotional regulation also showed a significant negative effect (β = -0.410, p < .001; 13.4% variance). Self-control had a slightly stronger influence. These findings highlight the critical role of fostering self-control and emotional regulation skills in reducing juvenile delinquency among adolescents.
