Running a coffee shop is not easy, especially for Generation Z who are just starting out. They Running a coffee shop is not easy, especially for Generation Z who are just starting a business. They face various challenges, such as operational delays, competition with large cafes and rising raw material prices. Therefore, a strong work ethic is needed to keep the business running and growing. This study aims to understand the work ethic of coffee shop owners from Generation Z. With a qualitative approach and descriptive phenomenological method, this study involved two coffee shop owners in Sidoarjo. Data were collected through interviews and literature studies. The results of the study showed that despite facing various challenges, both subjects remained committed to providing the best service, maintaining product quality, and adapting to customer needs. They also use social media to expand their reach and increase competitiveness.
