Abstract

In the contemporary era, competition in the world of work is increasing, which has the effect of increasing the number of unemployed every year. Final year students are one of the groups most affected by this situation. They not only face pressure to complete their studies on time, but also have to prepare themselves to compete in an increasingly difficult job market. Anxiety regarding job prospects after graduation is a significant factor, especially if they feel they lack skills or experience relevant to market needs. The study aims to determine the relationship between self-regulation and anxiety in students facing work readiness. The population, namely final year students in the sidoarjo district area so that no one knows exactly how many populations are involved in this study. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique which has specific criteria, namely final year students.
