This examine is meant to observe the effect of organizational culture, employee engagement, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of PT Aerofood ACS Surabaya. This sort of research uses quantitative descriptive studies strategies. The vicinity of the research performed by means of the writer to check the hypothesis is at PT Aerofood ACS - Surabaya that's placed on Jl. Raya Juanda Airport Sidoarjo - East Java with a zipper code of 61253. The range of respondents on this take a look at had been 100 humans. This have a look at uses questionnaire number one information with a Likert scale that's processed using SmartPLS with validity and reliability assessments. The effects acquired are employee engagement and job satisfaction have a vast effect on organizational commitment, at the same time as organizational culture has no huge effect.
