The aim of this research is to analyze the Development Strategy of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) In
Efforts to Improve Community Welfare at Tropodo Village Sub-District of Krian Sidoarjo Regency.
The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through primary data obtained via interviews and secondary data from observations, documentation, and journals. The data analysis technique follows Miles' steps (Sugiyono, 2013), namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the Bumdes development strategy includes: first, human resources, which has been successful with management structure changes that have improved development and added business units; second, the management of Bumdes funds, which has expanded the funding sources; third, the use of technology and information, such as e-mail and MS Excel; and fourth, changes in facilities and infrastructure to support the development of Bumdes Bumiasih business units.
