This study aims to describe and analyze the effectiveness of the waste management program (TPST) in Grabagan Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman (1984) model, which includes data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that residents have a good understanding of the program, with information effectively disseminated through active representatives. The TPST program efficiently manages waste through economic waste separation, daily burning, and routine landfill disposal. A consistent waste collection schedule supports sustainable cleanliness. The program’s goals have been achieved, as seen in improved cleanliness and reduced littering. Additionally, resident awareness has increased, evidenced by cleaner rivers and active participation in maintaining the environment. These results highlight the program’s effectiveness in both waste management and fostering environmental consciousness.
