This research analyzes the evaluation and impact of the Family Planning Village program in Tambak Kalisogo Village using a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, including family planning instructors, the PKK chairperson, and local residents. The evaluation follows Edward A. Suchman's six indicators: 1) The program aims to build a prosperous, independent community, though its evaluation mechanism needs improvement. 2) There are obstacles like poor communication signals affecting the program. 3) Activity standardization is essential to ensure compliance. 4) The measurement of change generally aligns with established metrics. 5) The program raises awareness of reproductive health and mature marriage for teenagers. 6) Despite positive district feedback, challenges like reliance on word-of-mouth communication and low education levels hinder progress.
