The marketing division of XYZ Company experienced a decrease in product demand by 1.20 tons or around 37% from the previous year. This happened because of the many complaints between the targets that must be achieved and the work of reports or reports needed. Thus resulting in mental workload experienced by employees. This research aims to find out the mental workload on the productivity of marketing division of XYZ Company based on existing aspects using the DRAWS (Defense Research Agency Workload Scale) method. The DRAWS method is used to measure employee mental workload based on four variables: Input Demand (ID), Central Demand (CD), Output Demand (OD), and Time Pressure (TP). And the results obtained 92% of employees experience overload and the remaining 8% experience optimalload. With these results it is recommended to make workload adjustments and improve work facilities to support employee performance.
