PT XYZ, a property company, faces housing construction demand with a unit completion time of 9-12 months. However, 59% of buyers complain about delays in unit handover. This research aims to analyze the scheduling of housing projects using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Microsoft Project for efficient data processing. The analysis revealed that the project duration decreased from 187 days to 163.5 days, resulting in a labor cost savings of Rp3,215,000. The reduction in time was primarily due to the acceleration of concrete work, although this added 6 days to the masonry work. Critical path analysis identified 31 out of 81 tasks as key elements of the project. This method enabled the concurrent execution of tasks, speeding up the project without raising labor costs, as wages were already budgeted. The optimization focused on efficient worker distribution, ensuring schedule improvement without compromising quality.
