Reservation Information System Camping Tourism Mapping Using (Case Study: Dlundung Mojokerto Camping Ground)

Abstract

Dlundung campground, situated in Ketapanrame village, Trawas sub-district, Mojokerto Regency, East Java, is a popular camping destination that features five blocks of campsites. However, due to the lack of promotional media, the management faces difficulties in handling the reservation and payment processes. Many reservations turn out to be inaccurate, causing inconvenience to tourists, and the absence of a down payment policy results in some tourists not showing up for their bookings. To address these issues, the Dlundung campground staff recommends the development of a reservation information system that will manage the reservation and payment processes. The proposed system will be web-based and integrated with the Midtrans API to facilitate payment transactions between tourists and the campground. This new system aims to streamline the reservation process and eliminate the inaccuracies associated with manual bookings, leading to a better experience for both the tourists and the Dlundung Mojokerto Camping Ground.
