This research aims to describe and analyze the application of the TukuoYuk platform in developing micro businesses in Sidoarjo Regency. A qualitative descriptive approach is used with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique follows Miles and Huberman's interactive model: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The findings highlight five key indicators. First, understanding of the platform program needs improvement as its implementation is not widespread, only integrated into priority activities of the Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service. Second, target accuracy is unclear since the platform only displays products without transaction features. Third, timeliness is lacking due to the absence of a clear SOP. Fourth, inadequate design hinders its effectiveness. Fifth, fundamental changes remain limited, as micro business actors only gain product visibility, without transactional services.
