Abstract

Contemporary educational paradigms emphasize adaptive methodologies that align with societal changes, focusing on learner-centered frameworks. These frameworks promote creativity, collaboration, and the strategic use of technology to enhance relevance and adaptability. Scholars like John Dewey argue education should connect curriculum with real-world contexts, preparing students for life's challenges. Ken Robinson stresses the importance of creativity, while Michael Fullan calls for collaboration among educators and stakeholders to transform education. Sugata Mitra advocates for integrating technology to foster autonomous learning. Effective communication in education engages students, promoting critical thinking and motivation. This study explores the use of communication strategies at DIC Business School, Sidoarjo, examining how they foster critical thinking and creativity. The findings reveal that DIC adopts a dialogic learning approach, encouraging discussions and real-world application of knowledge. This approach aligns with Paulo Freire's pedagogical principles, emphasizing collaborative learning and critical thinking skills essential for the 21st century.
