This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, work discipline and motivation on employee performance. This study is a quantitative study using the logistic regression method in the SPSS program. The research sample consisted of 82 employees of PT Mandiri Karya, using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style, work discipline and motivation have an effect on employee performance at PT Mandiri Karya Kirana.
