Abstract

The internet is one of the results of technological advances. Almost all activities can be done online using the internet. However, the spread of the internet has not reached all groups, especially remote villages. This is because the cost of installing the internet is not cheap so it cannot be reached by the lower middle class. Currently there is a solution to this problem, namely the RT RW Net business. This study discusses the manufacture of RT RW Net with the IP Bindings method in combination with the HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) method. By combining the two methods, this research produces an internet network RT RW Net properly and as expected.
