Aluminium composite panel (ACP) consists of two materials glued together through a pressing process between two aluminium plate sheets (top and bottom layers) and between them filled with polymer core material. This research analyses the effect of fire resistance on the core material variation of aluminium composite panel using Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), PolyOxyMethylene (POM), PolytetraFluoroEthylene (PTFE), PolyEter ether Ketone (PEEK) with temperature variation at 150°C, 200°C, 250°C, 300°C, 350°C, 400°C, using numerical simulation with Ansys 2024 R2 software. Research results from the temperature variation of LDPE material at a temperature of 400 ° C maximum temperature 116.12 ° C, POM at a temperature of 400 ° C maximum temperature 185.24 ° C. PTFE temperature 400°C maximum temperature 299.95 ° C, PEEK temperature 400 ° C maximum temperature 289.78 ° C. It is appears that PEEK material is more fire resistant.
