Abstract

This study analyzes Vina Muliana’s personal branding through her Instagram account, @vinamuliana, which has 1.4 million followers. As an HR professional at BUMN and a content creator, Vina actively shares career-related educational content, including job application tips, CV writing, and interview preparation. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data was collected through observation and interviews, then analyzed based on Montoya’s eight personal branding concepts. The results show that Vina has successfully built a strong personal brand through leadership, a friendly and energetic personality, and a focus on education. Her consistency, ethics, and good intentions make her content valuable to her followers.
