During the 2023-2024 period, the productivity of divan production at PT. XYZ decreased by 4-10% from the monthly target due to a high frequency of work accidents, unsafe environmental conditions, and worker absenteeism caused by injuries and health issues. Supervisor records indicate 17 cases of major and minor accidents in the divan production process. This study aims to identify and prioritize potential work accidents and provide risk control recommendations using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) method. The results identified 17 potential work accidents across 17 stages of the production process, with two main priorities: finger cuts with risk scores of 20 and 15. Recommended controls include operator training, clear SOP development, periodic machine maintenance, and replacing cloth gloves with nitrile gloves. Implementing these measures is expected to minimize work accidents, create a safer working environment, and improve productivity.
