Description of Parenting Stress in Working Mothers at PT TIF-3 ROC Unit

This study is motivated by the existence of problems related to parenting stress in working mothers at PT TIF-3 ROC unit. Working mothers often face dual role challenges, namely professional work responsibilities and childcare, which can increase the risk of parenting stress. This research method is descriptive quantitative with a population of working mothers at PT TIF-3 ROC unit who have children totaling 53 employees. Sample determination using purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study used a psychological preparation scale Likert scale model adapted from previous research. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical tests with the help of Microsoft Excel. The results showed that parenting stress in working mothers at PT TIF-3 ROC Unit was in the moderate to high category with a percentage of 81%. This shows that working mothers face significant pressure in carrying out dual roles as professional workers as well as child caregivers.
