This research analyzes the effect of using a body cover and wind deflector on the drag coefficient (Cd) on a truck using wind tunnel simulation. The study included four configurations: trucks without modifications, trucks with bed covers, trucks with wind deflectors, and a combination of both. The independent variables include the type of modification and wind speed (7 m/s, 8.5 m/s, 10 m/s), while the dependent variable is the drag coefficient (Cd) value. The experimental results showed that the combination of the tub cover and wind deflector provided the most significant Cd reduction of up to (34%) compared to conditions without modification, followed by the individual use of the tub cover (16%), increases aerodynamic efficiency and reduces fuel consumption. Thus, this modification is recommended as a practical solution to increase the efficiency of commercial vehicles and support the ecosystem
